We have experience in appellate practice, as all of our firm’s partners and associates have competent legal research, writing, and appellate advocacy skills. Our attorneys have argued before the New York State and Federal Appellate Courts, achieving victories in the NYS Appellate Division, New York State Court of Appeals and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. We handle:

At Feerick Nugent MacCartney, PLLC, we handle all of our own appellate matters, and, in addition, other firms and lawyers often refer their appellate matters to us for assistance in research, brief writing, and oral argument.
