County Settles with Goshen Families
Our firm successfully represented the families and filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit in 2007 against both the county and the Town of Goshen regarding the contamination of wells from methyl tertiary-butyl ether, or MTBE, a known carcinogen.
Orange County settled with the affected families for $1.5 million dollars.
