Biography: Formerly of counsel to the Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District, in White Plains, New York.  Prior to beginning his legal career, Matt served as a Field Artillery officer in the United States Army with the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum, New York, attaining the rank of Captain prior to leaving active duty in 2015.
